Orders
Can I cancel my order?
We totally get it, we change our minds sometimes too! As much as we would like to, once an order is placed, we are unfortunately unable to change or cancel it at this time. We hope to be able to offer a cancellation window in the future. If the item is not right for you, feel free to exchange it for a favorite style or return it for a refund. As a reminder, domestic returns are free.
What if I want to talk to someone?
We also want to talk to you! Contact us here with any questions, concerns or comments you may have. We will make sure to respond to you within 48 hours. However, please note that requests sent on Friday will be answered the following Monday, but possibly sooner.

Shipping, Returns & Exchanges
We use all major carriers as well as local delivery partners. You will be prompted to select a delivery method during checkout.
What is the shipping policy?
Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email informing you that our fulfillment team has received your order. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email notification with your tracking information. Shipping fees are non-refundable in the event of a return.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship worldwide. Shipping fees will apply and will be added at checkout.
