RETURNS & CANCELLATIONS POLICY

To offer you complete satisfaction, we have implemented a simple and effective return policy.

Here are the 4 scenarios:

  1. You wish to cancel or modify your order
    We process orders you place quickly, usually within 12 hours. For this reason, you have 12 hours after your order to send a cancellation or modification email via our contact form. After this time, your items may have been shipped.

  2. You have not received your package
    Our delivery times are 7 to 10 working days.
    If you do not receive your item within 14 days, please contact us to report an item not received.

  3. You have received your items but you are not satisfied
    No worries! You can return your item to us up to 14 days after receiving it.
    To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
    Simply contact us and we will guide you through the next steps.
    The item must be returned in perfect condition, either in its original packaging or in another. In the event of damage to the item, our customer service may refuse the return, replacement or refund because the item can no longer be considered new. If the item has been misused, it will not be refundable.
    After receiving the item in our warehouses, we will refund the full amount of your purchase (cost of the item + delivery) in the form of a voucher.
    Return costs are your responsibility.

  4. You received your item but it arrived damaged
    It may happen that your package is shaken during delivery and your item arrives broken.
    In this case, or in the event of a design defect, contact us with the following information:

    1. Your order number
    2. Description of the problem (incorrect/defective item, ...)
    3. A photo or a video

    You may not need to return the product and we will either send you a new product or refund the amount of your order directly to you in the form of a voucher.
